Portrait Demo at OPA Western Show

I was invited to do a demonstration at the opening of the Oil Painters of America Western Regional Exhibition this year. The show was held at the Marshall Gallery in Scottsdale, Arizona, and that is where all the various events and demonstrations surrounding the opening were also held.

A good group of artists and patrons attended the events, which included a landscape demonstration by Howard Friedland on Friday afternoon and another landscape demo by Marc Hanson (who also served as the exhibition judge) on Saturday morning. I was provided with a wonderful model, John Euster, for my demo on Saturday afternoon.
