To hone his drawing skills Anderson takes every opportunity to
participate in open studio sketch groups.   Artists share the
expense of a model and poses last anywhere from two
minutes to two hours.  The degree of finish in these drawings
is determined by the speed at which they must be executed.  
The medium used is charcoal on white paper or charcoal and
chalk on toned paper.
